This event has ended. A report on the day will follow.
Our annual LuLaLao Coffee cupping session returns to TRUNK COFFEE LAB in Nagoya. And this year again, the lot we made together with Yasuo of TRUNK COFFEE will be on the table.
We bring all nine lots of the season from our farms in northern and southern Laos. As you cup them, we talk through the farm and the processing behind each.
On the day we will also have the lot made together with TRUNK COFFEE. What we were aiming for, and how it turned out this way: we hope to tell it from both the field in Laos and from Nagoya.
LuLaLao Coffee handles everything in Laos ourselves, from growing through processing to green-bean sales. How the farm was this year, why we chose this processing: told directly, in the words of the people who made it.
Anyone who loves coffee, or wants to try Lao coffee for the first time, is welcome. See you there.
For the processing behind each lot see natural / honey / washed / anaerobic fermentation. For how we keep numbers per lot, What is the Data Bank. Also on the same tour: 2 Sep Matsumoto and 4 Sep Niigata.
