[CUPPING TOUR] 2 Sep, Matsumoto, High-Five COFFEE STAND: Our First Time in Nagano, with All Nine Lots

In the summer of 2024 we met High-Five COFFEE STAND at GOOD COFFEE FEST @HANSHIN. This spring we met again at GOOD COFFEE FEST 2026 Spring @Hakata Hankyu. From there the conversation moved on, and we are now able to visit Matsumoto. Our first session there.

Lots on the table

Green beans harvested and processed this year at our own farms in northern and southern Laos, brought just as they are.

• Geisha: Natural / Honey / Lime Natural / Strawberry Natural
• Yellow Caturra: Natural / Honey
• Typica: Washed / Natural
• Catimor: Anaerobic Natural

On farms at 1,000 to 1,500 m: what soil we planted in, how we picked, how we dried. As we cup, we show the farm in photos and video too.

There is still more unknown than known about Lao coffee. Which means there is that much more we want to tell.
