FOR ROASTERS

For roasters

We are a green coffee supplier that runs cultivation, processing and drying on the ground in Asia. Every lot ships with measured Data Bank values. We do not send standalone samples — instead, taste every lot at once at our cupping sessions and seminars.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works
01
Join a cupping session
We do not distribute standalone samples. Taste every current lot side by side at our cupping sessions (Tokyo / online seminars). Dates are announced by newsletter. Participants receive full lot sheets (JP/EN).
02
Wholesale registration
Register as a roaster to access wholesale pricing and stock information. Small roasteries are welcome.
03
Secure your lots
Order from the offer list, or visit the farm on our annual tour and reserve at origin. Pre-harvest allocation is coming.

SPEC SHEET

Lot sheets (JP/EN)

Each lot comes with a spec sheet: origin, variety and process, plus measured pH, Brix, moisture, water activity and drying days. Use it as-is for internal reviews and customer conversations.

How to read the numbers and apply them to roast design is covered in our JOURNAL under LAB REPORT and ROAST PROFILE.

FAQ

FAQ
Can I request just a sample?

We do not distribute standalone samples. Instead, our cupping sessions and seminars let you taste every lot in one sitting — with lot sheets in hand and our team across the table.

How much Data Bank data do you provide?

For published lots we provide all five measured values (pH, Brix, moisture, water activity, drying days) as a spec sheet. Questions about measurement methods are welcome.

Do you work with small roasteries?

Yes. Scale does not matter — join a cupping session first.

What about EUDR?

We maintain farm-level traceability and per-lot process records. Please ask us individually about required documentation.

When can I apply for the farm tour?

The itinerary and price are already public on the FARM TOUR page. Applications open by newsletter first — seats are limited to a small group.

Anything else — feel free to reach out. We respond in Japanese and English.

The cupping travels — join us on the road

We do not send standalone samples. Instead, the cupping itself travels: we bring every lot to roasters, city by city. Announcements and reports are published in the Journal.

HOST — Your shop becomes the venue
We hold the cupping at your roastery. Invite neighboring roasters — hosting is free. It can also serve as staff training (free with a purchase — let’s talk).
